Prayer Diary for July 2010
1st - Pray for Diploma Course this week at Whalley
Abbey
2nd – that Students and Tutors will feel God’s empowering
on this Course
3rd - Pray for
Beryl Girling (Counsellor at
St Helens) as she has an operation to
remove a tumour on her
pituitary gland this week She was taken ill on a visit to
family in
Australia
4th – Pray for God’s protection on all Counsellors and
their families against attacks on
their
health.
5th – Pray for healing
of Body, Mind and Spirit of all involved in the work of Philippi
6th - Pray for healing of relationships within the
Trust.
7th - Philippi
Prayer and Fast Day.
8th – Give thanks for the continued support of our
volunteers
9th – May we be aware of the Lord’s enrichment in our
lives
10th- Pray for our brothers and sisters abroad
11th – For God’s Blessing on the work in S. Africa, Germany
and Namibia.
12th – For Clive Taylor, Chairman of The Philippi Trust and
Director of Training.
13th – For all the Trustee’s that they will seek, hear, and
act on God’s will for the
future.
14th – That the results of Beryl’s MRI. Scan will enable
her to make plans to return
home to
the UK.
15th – For all students on placement at Philippi
Centres.
16th – Glorify the Lord for the healing work achieved with
clients.
17th –Thank Him for the results and improvement in their
everyday lives.
18th – Open Day of Prayer
19th – Pray for discernment for the Trustees as they meet
at Bolton.
20th - Give thanks for the support we receive from local
agencies and Churches.
21st – That all new ventures will thrive within the various
Centres.
22nd – for an increase of information sharing between
centres
23rd – Wisdom for all Management Teams as they seek to
improve each centre
24th – God will meet the need for more male counsellors
within our Centres.
25th – That Counsellors and clients with children will be
able to manage childcare
through
the summer holidays.
26th – Give thanks for
God’s continued provision during this difficult economic
climate.
27th – Pray for the ACC Board as they endeavour to promote
Christian Counselling in UK.
28th – Pray for all counsellors and the challenges they
face in the counselling room
29th – For all Centre Managers, God’s enabling for them as
they seek funding etc.
30th - For new Training Courses being planned.
31st – Enjoyment and Rest for those about to go on
holiday.
